Now, anyone can head to the Zancudo River and try their hand at gold prospecting: wash sand, search for nuggets, and collect gold dust. The more experience you gain in this profession, the more nuggets you will be able to find, and their average weight will increase. You will also receive gold dust with every wash. Once you collect 10 units of gold dust, you can combine them with aqua regia and a precipitating agent at a workbench to create a piece of gold. An NPC can be found at the location, offering tools and crafting materials for sale. You can also view the weekly leaderboard of the largest gold nuggets discovered by players. All found nuggets and pieces of gold can be sold to the buyer in the Salvation Hill settlement.
